Statement of intent
Statement of intent – Grace Butterfield: For my A Level Media course work I am intending to create a music video for the song Dum Dum by Kideko, Tinie Tempah, Becky G. This genre of music is dance and I am planning on having that feature throughout the music video. After listening to the song and thinking about the visual aspects of the video, I made the decision that I will need to edit the song. I will remove the majority of Tinie Tempah’s parts as I feel it contradicts the story I want to tell. I will use the audio version of the song and the chorus of the original track to create the song for my music video. This will give the music video a narrative to follow and led to the creation of the name. I have decided to name the group Garden Of Eden as the song is all about the temptation of love and this linked to the temptation of the Garden of Eden.
